This course is about modern school leadeship. Focus is to compare school administration in Europe but also give some new advice how to be a good school head/ part of administrative staff. Pedagogical, economical and human resource management, how to use these three parts of management together.
You will get the ideas how to be a better school head. You will also learn new professional terms in English and have a possibility to wide your network with European collegues.
